Me and my friend Andrew. One day out of boredom he come up with this little story that i just found SO adorable.
Andrew was a member of team rocket. One of the highest rank members and admired by everyone. In a normal day of pokemon kidnapping one specific pokemon grabbed Andrews attention, a little jolteon. The jolteon was so innocent and adorable that he could not let team rocket hurt her. He took the jolteon and quit team rocket. As a rouge now, Andrew goes exploring with his beloved Jolteon Stephanie.
Anyways, this was a sketch i did awhile back and he wanted me to finish it but i messed up the lining really bad so i had to do it digitally. The proportions look really off but i really like this, i don't know i like the colors. I got super lucky with this one, i had barely finished with the background and decided to save, the moment i saved the computer crashed. TALK ABOUT MIRACLE! I didn't get to do shading and highlights in this due to the computer crashing but he loved it and that all that matters
